You can complete your lease application online or download a PDF version to submit manually.
How it works:
- Complete the lease application with your preferred start date. If your start date isn’t the 1st of the month, your first month’s rent will be prorated.
- Once we receive your application, we’ll review it and send you an email confirmation with your next available start date and pickup instructions for your lease.
- Prefer to pay by credit card over the phone? Contact us after you receive your confirmation email that your application has been received.
Fees: A one-time fee of $32.50 applies to all leases ($7.50 processing fee, plus a $25 refundable lease tag deposit).
Cancellation: Leases require 20 days’ written notice by email to cancel.
